TrustRadius is a review site for B2B technology, aimed at mid-market and enterprise buyers who read long, detailed reviews before they shortlist a product. HG Insights acquired it in June 2025. A basic vendor profile is free, and winners can use award badges like Top Rated in their own marketing at no cost (as of October 2026).
Enterprise vendors add other review sites for three common reasons. Top Rated needs at least 10 reviews in the award window, which takes time with a small enterprise customer base. Some buying committees expect an analyst-backed name such as Gartner Peer Insights or SoftwareReviews. And buyers and AI assistants describe a product from several sources at once.
We found 19 review sites that list enterprise software, and 14 of them offer a free listing. We included every general-purpose directory in our database that accepts enterprise software, plus PeerSpot, and left out launch platforms, marketplaces and vertical directories. Sites that share one profile, such as Capterra with GetApp and Software Advice, appear once under the main site. Finding Gartner too heavy a place to start? The Gartner alternatives list is built for that.

Global review platform covering products and services across all industries - not limited to software. It has a less professional appeal than Capterra and G2, although many B2B SaaS companies leverage Trustpilot very effectively. It is not quite a company directory (no information about founders, funding etc) but not really a product one either, somehow it reflects how business is conducted, so under software products you will find a lot of reviews regarding customer support, billing and general business attitude of a company. And those review stars often appear directly in Google search results as rich snippets.

Frequently Asked Questions
- What are the best alternatives to TrustRadius?
- For a vendor selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers, the closest peers are G2, for its reach and Grid Reports; Gartner Peer Insights, for an analyst-brand name; PeerSpot, for enterprise technology; SoftwareReviews, which is backed by Info-Tech Research Group; and Capterra, whose profile also feeds GetApp and Software Advice. You can keep a TrustRadius profile and add two or three of these.
- Is TrustRadius free for vendors?
- A basic vendor profile is free, and TrustRadius lets winners use its award badges, such as Top Rated and Buyer's Choice, in their own marketing at no cost. Paid plans add a premium profile, which is where award badges appear on TrustRadius itself, along with other vendor features. Our TrustRadius guide covers each award and its schedule.
- What does it take to win TrustRadius Top Rated?
- Top Rated is chosen from review data alone. A product needs at least 10 reviews in the award window, a trScore of 7.5 or higher, and enough category traffic. A vendor with a small enterprise customer base can take a while to reach 10 recent reviews, which is one reason to build reviews on more than one site at the same time.
- Who owns TrustRadius?
- HG Insights, a B2B market intelligence company, acquired TrustRadius in June 2025. TrustRadius continues to run as a review site for B2B technology buyers.
- How is this list different from the Gartner alternatives?
- The Gartner alternatives list is for vendors who find a Magic Quadrant or Peer Insights too heavy a place to start, so it leaves Gartner Peer Insights out and includes TrustRadius. This list compares review sites with TrustRadius, so it includes Gartner Peer Insights. If your buyers are smaller companies, the Trustpilot alternatives list is the better fit.

How we curate this catalog
Editorially curated — we don't work with spam directories or freshly created sites. Before we add a directory, we check:
- Domain Rating (Ahrefs) of at least 40.
- Traffic starts at roughly 100k+ monthly visits for general directories (Similarweb).
- For niche directories, the same DR bar but a lower traffic threshold — sometimes around 10k — because a focused, relevant listing carries real value.
No paid placement — a spot in this catalog can't be bought.
