SaaSHub is an independent software directory, running since 2014, where people compare products and look up alternatives to tools they already use. Submitting a product is free, every submission goes through an approval step before it appears, and verifying it with an email address on your own domain gives the listing higher priority (as of October 2026).
A SaaSHub listing is one place for buyers to find you. Founders add more directories to reach a larger audience, to collect customer reviews on the sites buyers use to compare tools, and because AI assistants describe a product from several sources at once.
We found 20 directories that work like SaaSHub and accept products from smaller companies, and 13 of them offer a free listing. We left out launch platforms, marketplaces, vertical directories, and the review sites that expect an enterprise customer base. Planning a launch instead? The launch platforms list covers launch-day sites.

Global review platform covering products and services across all industries - not limited to software. It has a less professional appeal than Capterra and G2, although many B2B SaaS companies leverage Trustpilot very effectively. It is not quite a company directory (no information about founders, funding etc) but not really a product one either, somehow it reflects how business is conducted, so under software products you will find a lot of reviews regarding customer support, billing and general business attitude of a company. And those review stars often appear directly in Google search results as rich snippets.
Best for: Company-level reputation, which a buyer can check before your product reaches a shortlist.

- Is SaaSHub free to list on?
- Yes. Submitting a product to SaaSHub is free, and every submission goes through an approval step before it appears. Our SaaSHub page covers what a listing involves.
- Should I list on SaaSHub and these directories, or choose one?
- List on several. Buyers compare products on more than one site, and AI assistants build their description of a product from the sources they find. A complete, consistent profile on SaaSHub plus a handful of the directories here gives both of them the same picture of what your product does.
- Why are launch platforms like Product Hunt not on this list?

How we curate this catalog
Editorially curated — we don't work with spam directories or freshly created sites. Before we add a directory, we check:
- Domain Rating (Ahrefs) of at least 40.
- Traffic starts at roughly 100k+ monthly visits for general directories (Similarweb).
- For niche directories, the same DR bar but a lower traffic threshold — sometimes around 10k — because a focused, relevant listing carries real value.
No paid placement — a spot in this catalog can't be bought.
