Frequently Asked Questions
- Does Blastra support Tracxn?
- Not yet. Tracxn is on Blastra's roadmap and will be added to the supported directories in a future update. Once it goes live in the service, we'll handle submissions to Tracxn the same way as currently supported directories — account setup, listing copy, and approval follow-up — without you doing extra work.
- Is Tracxn free to list on?
- Yes — listings on Tracxn are free, with no paid tier on top. Whatever features Tracxn offers in its profile are included by default; there's no premium plan to upgrade into. Treat the listing as a single fixed cost (your time to submit it) with no recurring platform fees.
- Are reviews part of how Tracxn works?
- No, reviews aren't a meaningful part of Tracxn. The platform's value isn't built on review volume, so a review collection campaign isn't required to benefit from a listing here. If you have a review strategy already, focus that energy on directories where reviews actually drive ranking or visibility.
- Can I list a pre-launch product on Tracxn?
- No. Tracxn requires the product to be in general access — beta-only or waitlist-only products won't be approved. The reviewers want a working, purchasable product they can verify before publishing the listing. If you're still in private beta, hold off on submitting to Tracxn until you go publicly available.
- Can I list my software on Tracxn?
- Not at the product level. Tracxn lists companies themselves rather than individual products or services. The profile represents the business as a whole — what it does, who it serves, where it operates — not specific SKUs or service lines. Product comparisons and detailed service breakouts belong on different platforms.
- Is Tracxn for B2B, B2C, or B2E products?
- Tracxn accepts all three buyer profiles: B2B (sold to other businesses), B2E (sold to enterprises), and B2C (sold to consumers). That's a broad audience, which is unusual — most directories specialize in one or two. The trade-off is that listings on Tracxn need to be specific enough to resonate with whichever buyer is reading; broad positioning won't work as well here.
