Affiliate Program Terms

Last updated: April 5, 2026

1. Program Overview

The Blastra Affiliate Program (“Program”) is operated by SecOne Inc., a Delaware C Corporation doing business as Blastra (“we,” “us,” or “Blastra”). By enrolling in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Affiliate Program Terms (“Terms”).

The Program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to Blastra through unique referral links. The Program is managed through our affiliate platform partner, PromoteKit.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other online platform
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not be a current employee or contractor of SecOne Inc.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure

Earning Commissions

  • You earn a commission on qualifying purchases made by customers you refer to Blastra through your unique referral link
  • The commission rate is displayed in your affiliate dashboard and may be updated from time to time
  • Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding taxes, refunds, and chargebacks)
  • For recurring subscriptions, commissions are paid on the initial purchase only, unless otherwise specified in your affiliate dashboard

Attribution and Cookies

  • Referrals are tracked via cookies placed when a visitor clicks your affiliate link
  • The cookie duration and attribution model are determined by our affiliate platform and displayed in your dashboard
  • If a visitor clears their cookies or uses a different device, the referral may not be tracked
  • We use first-click attribution — the first affiliate link clicked receives credit for the sale

4. Payment Terms

  • Commissions are paid out through our affiliate platform (PromoteKit) according to their payment schedule
  • You must reach the minimum payout threshold before a payment is issued
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any applicable taxes on your affiliate income
  • Commissions on refunded or charged-back transactions will be deducted from future payouts
  • We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity pending investigation

5. Promotional Guidelines

Permitted Activities

  • Sharing your referral link on your website, blog, social media, email newsletters, and other owned channels
  • Creating honest, accurate content about Blastra and our services
  • Using Blastra-provided marketing materials and descriptions

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Misrepresent Blastra: Make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our services, pricing, or results
  • Spam: Send unsolicited emails, messages, or communications using your referral link
  • Bid on our brand: Use “Blastra,” “blastra.io,” or similar terms in paid search ads (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Cookie stuffing: Use hidden iframes, forced clicks, or other techniques to artificially set referral cookies
  • Self-referral: Use your own affiliate link to purchase Blastra services for yourself or your own company
  • Impersonate Blastra: Create websites, domains, or social accounts that could be confused with official Blastra properties
  • Incentivize clicks: Offer cash, discounts, or other incentives solely for clicking your referral link (without a genuine recommendation)
  • Use coupon/deal sites: List your referral link on coupon aggregator or deal websites
  • Violate laws: Promote Blastra in any way that violates applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements

6. Disclosure Requirements

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Blastra in compliance with FTC guidelines and any applicable local regulations. This means:

  • Including a clear disclosure near your referral link (e.g., “This is an affiliate link — I earn a commission if you purchase through it”)
  • Using appropriate hashtags on social media (e.g., #ad, #affiliate, #sponsored)
  • Ensuring disclosures are prominent and not hidden in fine print

7. Intellectual Property

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Blastra's name, logo, and marketing materials solely for promoting Blastra through the Program
  • You may not modify Blastra's logos or branding without prior written approval
  • All intellectual property rights in Blastra's brand, content, and materials remain with SecOne Inc.
  • This license terminates immediately upon your exit from the Program

8. Term and Termination

Duration

These Terms are effective from the date you enroll in the Program and continue until terminated by either party.

Termination

  • Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without notice
  • We may immediately terminate your participation if you violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, all pending commissions that have met the minimum payout threshold will be paid according to the regular payment schedule
  • Unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold are forfeited upon termination
  • You must immediately stop using Blastra's branding and remove referral links upon termination

Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program or any part of it at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
  • Blastra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program
  • Our total liability to you under these Terms shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for technical issues, tracking failures, or third-party platform outages that may affect referral attribution

10. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or partner of SecOne Inc. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. The federal and state courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
