Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blastra platform and services (“we,” “our,” or “us”) at blastra.io, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform or services.

Business Structure: Blastra is a product of SecOne Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (EIN: 39-3563209), incorporated on July 31, 2025. SecOne Inc. operates the Blastra SaaS listings management platform, serving B2B software companies worldwide.

2. Platform and Services

Blastra is a SaaS listings management platform that helps B2B software companies establish and manage their presence across third-party directories and review platforms. The platform combines software tools with managed service elements to deliver the following:

Platform Features

  • Listings Dashboard: Centralized view of your directory presence, credentials, and listing status across platforms
  • Visibility Posture Assessment: AI-powered analysis of your company's directory presence, category classifications, and review footprint
  • Visibility Posture Management: Ongoing monitoring and optimization of your overall directory presence, including listing accuracy, category placement, and competitive positioning
  • Review Monitoring: Tracking of reviews across directory and review platforms, with alerts for new reviews and changes in sentiment
  • Monitoring and Alerts: Tracking of listing status, changes, and opportunities across directories

Managed Service Capabilities

Depending on your package, Blastra's managed services may include:

  • Directory Submissions: Strategic submission of your business information to curated, quality business directories on your behalf
  • Listings Updates: Updating and maintaining directory listings — whether originally created by Blastra or pre-existing listings you bring to the platform — including profile information, screenshots, descriptions, and category placements
  • Content Optimization: Using AI-powered tools to modify and adapt your product/service descriptions to comply with individual directory platform requirements
  • Ongoing Listings Management: Continuous maintenance and optimization of your directory presence over time
  • Review Response Management: Where enabled, drafting and posting responses to reviews on your behalf across supported directory and review platforms. Review responses are based on guidelines and tone you approve. You retain the right to review, edit, or override any response before or after publication.
  • Submission Reporting: Detailed reports with screenshots proving completion of directory submissions and updates

Content Modification Process

As part of our managed directory submission service:

  • AI-Powered Optimization: We use artificial intelligence tools to modify product and service descriptions for platform compliance
  • Style Adaptation: Content modifications may include converting to third-person format, removing marketing jargon, adjusting for character limits, and ensuring directory policy compliance
  • Factual Integrity: We never alter factual information about your business, products, or services — only formatting, style, and presentation elements
  • Source-Based Modifications: All text modifications are based exclusively on information you provide and publicly available content from your website
  • Post-Publication Control: Once listings are published, you retain full control to edit and modify content using credentials we provide

Scope and Limitations

  • B2B Only: Our platform and services are exclusively for businesses with existing websites and established products or services
  • Submission Guarantee: We guarantee to perform the directory submissions included in your package and provide proof via screenshots
  • Approval Disclaimer: While we guarantee submissions, we cannot guarantee approvals from directory platforms, as these decisions are made independently by each platform
  • Replacement Directories: If a directory listing is rejected by a platform, we will substitute it with an alternative directory of comparable quality from our backup list, at no additional cost. Replacements are provided to ensure you receive the full number of directory submissions included in your purchased package. The selection of replacement directories is at Blastra's discretion based on relevance to your business category and comparable quality factors such as domain authority, monthly traffic volume, and industry recognition.
  • Payment: You pay for access to the platform and for completed managed service work. Payment is due regardless of individual platform approval outcomes, provided that rejected submissions are replaced as described above.

We reserve the right to expand our platform features and service offerings over time.

Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By using Blastra's managed services, you explicitly authorize Blastra to create, manage, and submit directory listings on your behalf and on behalf of your organization, using the information and materials you provide. This includes responding to verification requests, creating accounts where required, publishing business information and optimized content to directory platforms, and communicating with directory platforms — including their catalog teams, support teams, and account representatives — regarding account verification, category placement, listing accuracy, and any other matter related to your company's directory presence. This authorization is granted solely for the purpose of delivering our services.

Where you enable review response management, you additionally authorize Blastra to draft and publish responses to reviews on your behalf across supported platforms. You acknowledge that review responses published by Blastra represent your company's voice and position. You may revoke this authorization for review response management at any time by providing written notice to ceo@blastra.io.

3. Service Delivery Requirements

Prerequisites for Service Commencement

Service delivery will begin only after the following conditions are met:

  1. Payment in Full: Complete payment must be received via our payment processor
  2. Completed Questionnaire: You must provide all requested business information through our service questionnaire
  3. Submission Method Selection: You must choose between direct submission (with email forwarding) or third-party submission

Important: Service delivery will not commence until all conditions are fulfilled, regardless of payment timing.

Submission Methods

You can choose between two submission methods:

  • Direct Submission (with email forwarding): We create directory accounts on your behalf using your business email domain. This requires setting up email forwarding from your business email to our designated service address.
  • Third-Party Submission: We submit your product information as a third-party. After approval, you claim the profiles yourself. This method does not require email forwarding.

In both cases, where the directory platform allows it, we add a dedicated Blastra service email as an administrator or team member on your directory account. This enables us to manage your listings, respond to platform communications, and perform ongoing updates on your behalf without requiring continued email forwarding or repeated credential sharing.

Email Forwarding (Direct Submission Only)

If you choose direct submission, email forwarding enables us to:

  • Perform submissions on your behalf using your business credentials
  • Respond to verification emails from directories
  • Complete the submission process efficiently
  • Provide proper documentation for our service reports

4. Payment Terms and Processing

Payment Requirements

  • All payments must be made in full before service delivery begins
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor
  • We do not store payment card information
  • All pricing is clearly displayed on our website

Currency and Taxes

  • Pricing may be displayed in various currencies for international customers
  • Sales tax may apply according to applicable U.S. federal and state tax regulations
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction

5. Refund Policy

Refund Conditions

Refund Eligibility: You are entitled to a full refund if we fail to successfully submit your business listings to more than 50% of the promised directories — including any replacement directories provided for rejected submissions — within one (1) month from the date we receive all required data from you.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of service completion
  • Requests must include specific evidence of non-performance
  • We will provide submission reports and documentation to verify service delivery
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Services completed as promised, including where rejected submissions have been replaced with alternative directories
  • Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate customer information
  • Customer failure to meet service delivery requirements
  • Requests made beyond the specified timeframe
  • Dissatisfaction with specific replacement directory selections, provided the replacements are of comparable quality

6. Customer Responsibilities

Information Accuracy

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information and company representative details
  • Designate an authorized company representative with valid contact information (name, email, phone)
  • Ensure your website and business details comply with directory platform requirements
  • Maintain an active, professional website with clear product/service information
  • Provide complete and accurate product/service descriptions for content optimization
  • Supply all requested marketing assets (logos, images, videos, links) during questionnaire fulfillment
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information
  • Keep company representative contact information current throughout service delivery

Asset and Content Responsibilities

Customer Asset Requirements:

  • You are responsible for providing all necessary marketing materials and assets during the questionnaire process
  • Missing assets (such as video links, images, or documents) that are not provided during questionnaire fulfillment will not be included in directory submissions
  • We are not responsible for incomplete submissions due to missing customer-provided assets
  • Any missing elements must be added by you directly to published listings using credentials we provide

Content Modification Consent:

  • You authorize us to modify your product/service descriptions using AI tools to ensure directory platform compliance
  • You acknowledge that content modifications preserve factual accuracy while adapting style, format, and presentation
  • You retain ownership of all original content and modified versions
  • You have the right to edit published listings independently after service completion

Legal Compliance

You warrant that:

  • Your business and website comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • You have the right to submit your business information to directories
  • The designated company representative has authority to act on behalf of the business
  • Your business information does not violate any third-party rights
  • You will not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities
  • The company representative information provided is accurate and authorized
  • You have the legal right to authorize content modification of your business descriptions
  • All provided marketing assets and content are owned by you or used with proper authorization
  • You accept responsibility for the accuracy of all information provided for content modification

Service Cooperation

You agree to:

  • If choosing direct submission: Set up and maintain email forwarding as instructed
  • If choosing direct submission: Maintain email forwarding until service completion
  • Provide necessary access credentials when required
  • Ensure the company representative is available for coordination during submission process
  • Cooperate with our team during the submission process

Company Representative Authority

By designating a company representative, you confirm that this individual:

  • Has legal authority to bind the company to these Terms of Service
  • Is authorized to permit Blastra to act on behalf of the company for directory submissions
  • Is authorized to grant Blastra the right to create, manage, and submit listings on company-owned or company-related platforms
  • Is permitted to provide all necessary business information, assets, and credentials required for directory submissions
  • If choosing direct submission, has the authority to set up email forwarding and approve access required to complete submissions
  • Will serve as the primary point of contact for all service-related communications

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Blastra Content

All content on blastra.io, including text, graphics, logos, software, and proprietary methods, is owned by SecOne Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Customer Content and Modifications

  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your original business information, product descriptions, and marketing assets
  • Modification License: By using our services, you grant us a limited license to modify your content using AI tools for directory submission purposes
  • Modified Content: You retain ownership of AI-modified versions of your content created during our service delivery
  • Asset Usage: You grant us temporary rights to use your provided marketing assets solely for directory submission services
  • Publication Rights: You authorize us to publish your business information and modified content to directory platforms as part of our service. This authorization includes permission for Blastra to act as your designated submitter to third-party directory platforms solely for the purpose of creating and managing listings for your business.
  • Marketing Reference: By using our services, you grant SecOne Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use your company name and logo to identify you as a Blastra customer on our website, marketing materials, case studies, and social media channels. This right continues for the duration of your use of our services and for a period of twelve (12) months following termination, unless you revoke this permission earlier by providing written notice to ceo@blastra.io. Upon receiving such notice, we will remove your name and logo from our marketing materials within thirty (30) days.

Content Authorization

  • Original Content: You warrant that you own or have proper authorization for all content and assets provided
  • Modification Consent: You explicitly consent to AI-powered content modification for platform compliance purposes
  • Third-Party Assets: You are responsible for ensuring proper rights and permissions for any third-party assets or content used

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Results Disclaimer

  • No Ranking Guarantees: We do not guarantee improvements in search engine rankings or website traffic
  • Platform Independence: Directory approval decisions are made independently by each platform
  • External Factors: Results may vary based on directory policies, algorithm changes, and market conditions
  • Timeline Variance: Directory processing times may vary beyond our control
  • Content Modification: AI-powered content optimization is performed to the best of our ability based on provided information and may require post-publication adjustments
  • Asset Limitations: Submissions are limited to assets and information provided during questionnaire fulfillment

Content and Asset Disclaimers

  • Factual Accuracy: While we maintain factual accuracy in content modifications, final responsibility for content accuracy rests with the customer
  • Missing Assets: We are not responsible for incomplete directory profiles due to customer failure to provide required assets during questionnaire fulfillment
  • Platform Requirements: Directory platforms may have specific requirements that could affect how your content appears or functions
  • Post-Publication Changes: Customers are responsible for making any desired changes to published listings using provided credentials
  • Review Responses: Where review response management is enabled, Blastra drafts and publishes responses based on customer-approved guidelines and tone preferences. Customers may request pre-publication review of responses by notifying Blastra in writing; otherwise, responses are published based on approved guidelines. Final responsibility for the content and tone of published review responses rests with the customer. Blastra is not liable for any consequences arising from review responses, including platform actions or third-party reactions

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecOne Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Data loss or corruption (beyond our reasonable control)
  • Service interruptions due to technical issues
  • Actions or decisions made by directory platforms
  • Content modification outcomes or customer dissatisfaction with AI-optimized descriptions
  • Missing elements in directory submissions due to incomplete customer-provided assets
  • Post-publication content changes made by customers or directory platforms

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Handling

  • Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data
  • We comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR for EU customers
  • We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information

Email Communications

  • We may send service-related communications, updates, and marketing materials
  • You can opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Service-related communications are necessary for account management

10. Dispute Resolution

Initial Resolution Process

For any disputes regarding service delivery:

  1. Contact us immediately at ceo@blastra.io with specific details
  2. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days
  3. We will provide all relevant documentation and reports
  4. Good faith efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably

Escalation Process

  • Disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as permitted by applicable law
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles
  • The federal and state courts located in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings

11. Termination

Service Completion

  • Managed services are considered complete when all promised directory submissions are performed and documented
  • You will receive a detailed report with submission evidence
  • Platform access continues according to your subscription or package terms

Early Termination

  • Customer violates these terms
  • Provided information is false or misleading
  • Customer fails to meet service delivery requirements
  • Legal or regulatory issues arise

12. Modifications to Terms

Updates and Changes

  • Reflect changes in our services or business practices
  • Comply with legal or regulatory requirements
  • Clarify existing provisions or add new terms

Notification Process

  • Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Last Updated” date
  • Material changes will be communicated via email
  • Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance
