Frequently Asked Questions
- Does Blastra support Serchen?
- No, not yet. Serchen is paid-only — there's no free listing tier — and Blastra doesn't currently work with paid-only directories where the listing fee comes on top of our service fee. We may add paid-only directories in the future as we evaluate which ones genuinely deliver return for customers.
- Is Serchen free to list on?
- No — Serchen doesn't offer free listings; a paid plan is required to be on the platform at all. The pricing tiers are set by Serchen and vary by what features you need; you'll need to contact them directly for a quote. Factor that into the decision before submitting.
- Are reviews required on Serchen?
- No — you don't need reviews to get listed on Serchen. The platform supports reviews and they're worth collecting based on what's happening in your category, but they're not a prerequisite for the listing itself. Most companies submit first and then build a review strategy as the listing matures.
- Can I list a pre-launch product on Serchen?
- Yes. Serchen accepts pre-launch products as long as you have a working website, including beta and waitlist stages. The reviewers want to see that the product exists and the website explains what it does, but they don't require general availability or paying customers to approve the listing.
- Can I list my software on Serchen?
- Not at the product level. Serchen lists companies themselves rather than individual products or services. The profile represents the business as a whole — what it does, who it serves, where it operates — not specific SKUs or service lines. Product comparisons and detailed service breakouts belong on different platforms.
- Is Serchen for B2B, B2C, or B2E products?
- Serchen accepts B2B (sold to other businesses) products only. The platform's audience and curation are built around that buyer profile, so products serving different buyer types — even adjacent ones — typically won't be approved or won't get traction. If your product spans multiple audiences, plan separate listings on directories that fit each one.
