AppExchange is the way for Salesforce users to extend Salesforce. It features thousands of solutions that install in just a few clicks. As with other marketplaces, the main benefit for the featured vendors is the ability to get discovered by buyers inside the ecosystem and also be purchased right there. Unlike with software directories that allow for discovery but then send buyers to the vendors' sites, marketplaces like AppExchange facilitate transactions, making the whole process much simpler.

No. Salesforce AppExchange is a marketplace where transactions happen directly on the platform, not a standard directory listing you can submit and forget. Blastra focuses on directories where buyers discover and compare products, then transact through your own site. Selling through Salesforce AppExchange is a different setup that we don't currently support.

Is Salesforce AppExchange free to list on?

Yes — listings on Salesforce AppExchange are free, with no paid tier on top. Whatever features Salesforce AppExchange offers in its profile are included by default; there's no premium plan to upgrade into. Treat the listing as a single fixed cost (your time to submit it) with no recurring platform fees.

Are reviews required on Salesforce AppExchange?

No — you don't need reviews to get listed on Salesforce AppExchange. The platform supports reviews and they're worth collecting based on what's happening in your category, but they're not a prerequisite for the listing itself. Most companies submit first and then build a review strategy as the listing matures.

Can I list a pre-launch product on Salesforce AppExchange?

No. Salesforce AppExchange requires the product to be in general access — beta-only or waitlist-only products won't be approved. The reviewers want a working, purchasable product they can verify before publishing the listing. It depends on Salesforce AppExchange's queue and how complete the submission is, but in our experience most listings on Salesforce AppExchange get approved within >14 days. If your submission is missing fields or the website needs translation work, expect the longer end of that range or some back-and-forth before approval.
