G2: Existing Listing Handover to Blastra
If you already have an account with G2 and want Blastra to manage it, you need to perform a one-time activity: adding us as an admin to your account.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Log in to your G2 Vendor Portal
Go to the G2 Vendor Portal and sign in with your credentials.
2. Navigate to Product Admin
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen
- Select Product Admin
- Select the product you want Blastra to manage
Click your profile icon and select Product Admin
3. Navigate to Admin Users
In the admin panel left sidebar, find Account → Admin Users.

4. Add Blastra as an Admin
Add your Blastra-generated email address with Admin permissions.

Use your Blastra-generated email address. This is typically in the format:
companyname@forward.blastra.ioFinding Your Blastra Email
You can find your Blastra-generated email at blastra.io under Contact Details.
Your Blastra forwarding email can be found in the Contact Details section
Important
If your company name has two words and/or contains a comma followed by another word, both words are included in the email address. For example:
- “Acme Corp” becomes
acmecorp@forward.blastra.io - “Smith, Jones Software” becomes
smithjonessoftware@forward.blastra.io
