How to Forward Emails to Blastra

Learn how to set up email forwarding from your email provider to Blastra. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.

Important: Use a new and dedicated email address

The email address you choose for forwarding (e.g., listings@your-company.com) should ideally be a new email address (i.e. a mailbox that does not currently exist on your system). It should be uniquely assigned for the purpose of receiving emails from directories and forwarding them to Blastra. This ensures that only directory-related emails are processed by Blastra.

    go@forward.blastra.io
  5. Choose Delivery Options

You can choose 'Also route to original destination' option if the email being forwarded is an actual mailbox on your system and you want to keep these messages in addition to forwarding.
